To confirm quantify vacancy migration energy, carried out conditions where concentration constant. Hence, long-time annealing treatments were investigate coarsening rod-shaped precipitates. Using transmission electron microscopy atom probe tomography, it demonstrated precipitate volume fraction composition are unchanged under H2 atmosphere but kinetic significantly reduced. leads delayed softening, good agreement with theoretical estimates.
